Recreational Leagues – Note – The Recreational leagues will not take place in Fall of 2018.  A local recreational option will be announced shortly while we continue to set the foundation for the River Islands Program

Recreational (Rec) Soccer is a starting point for all River Islands soccer players. The player development model provides a format where players play 50% of every game as they prepare for higher levels of competition and challenge.

*******There are evaluations for recreational players. This is completed to ensure equitable placement of players for equity in competition in the recreational level of play. *****

Team Formation – teams are formed based on schools attended and areas in which players live combined with a balanced approach of adding the evaluations of players. Friend requests are taken so that friends can enjoy the soccer experience together. This is not guaranteed though River Islands FC will make every effort to create a friendly environment for all player participation
